Atlantic Basin is located in the westernmost portion of Red Hook, Brooklyn, in an inlet from the Buttermilk Channel, which separates Brooklyn from Governors Island.  The Brooklyn Cruise Terminal and a NYC Ferry stop are located at the southern edge of Atlantic Basin.
